This notice describes the forms and browser features included in the Compy Studio website. It covers information you choose to share when asking about a project or managing email preferences.

Information you provide

The project request form asks for your name, work email, business or website details and whether footage is ready. The email preference form asks for an email address and records the opt-out request. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through these forms.

Why it is used

Project details help Compy review your request, assess fit and respond about the service. Email preference details identify the address covered by an opt-out request. The project form does not include a newsletter subscription or marketing consent field.

Hosting and form processing

Requests submitted through the form on Compy’s published website are processed by Netlify Forms. Email correspondence is processed through your email provider and ours. Hosting providers may also process technical request information for site delivery, security and abuse prevention. See Netlify’s privacy information for its own practices.

Cookies and browser storage

This version of the website does not include advertising pixels or client-side analytics scripts. It sets one first-party cookie, compy_privacy, only after you save your privacy choice. This cookie lasts 90 days, records the value “v1-necessary” and is used to remember the notice. It does not store your name, email or browsing history. The site code does not use local storage for tracking. The on-page concept video and fonts are served as site assets. Links to Frame.io open its player separately; it is not embedded on this website.

You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time. To remove the saved choice, delete the compy_privacy cookie in your browser’s site data controls. Optional analytics and advertising are not configured in this version. If those services are added later, the controls and this notice must be updated before they are enabled.
